ABBEYCHART AT VENDEX MIDLANDS 2019

Abbeychart, the liquid dispense experts will use Vendex Midlands 2019 to highlight steps it is taking to further support OEMS, service engineers and operators within the vending market.

Bioguard is a new specialist cleaning and hygiene range for coffee and vending machines. In addition to general multi surface cleaning and specialist applications including backflush, de-tannin, milk line and descaling, Bioguard meets the needs of both end of day and regular deep cleaning regimes.

“We’ve all read the alarming stories surrounding bacteria levels found on commercial coffee machines and soft drink dispensers including the widely reported incident when researchers found 67 different types of bacteria on drip trays in office coffee machines,” said Mark Taylor, managing director, Abbeychart.

“Whereas self-serve machines are always going to be subject to the hygiene standards of the public, operators can reduce the risk of contaminants in their food and drink machines by adopting regular cleaning routines.  We believe Bioguard to be an essential requirement for any operator who considers cleanliness and hygiene a top priority.”

Free samples of the Bioguard Coffee Cleaning Powder and Descaling Powder will be available throughout the show.

Abbeychart will also showcase one of the company’s most popular workshop services – chiller unit refurbishments.  Units which have benefitted from Abbeychart’s service which includes replacing worn and faulty components and an internal and external deep clean will be in show. “Units are tested to factory standard before releasing back to the customer with a 12-month guarantee.  Regular, proactive maintenance like this helps keep unplanned downtime and subsequent loss of revenue to a minimum,” explained Mark.

Visitors can also see a selection of spares and components from over 200 new lines recently added for Necta, Rhea, Lavazza and Bianchi vending machines. The full range of vending spares is available to buy online at https://www.abbeychart.co.uk/vending
