When you get in touch

If you email, call or WhatsApp us, we keep what you send so we can reply and help you with a show.

When you register to visit

Registering for a show is free. The form is looked after by HubSpot, who process the registration for us. They keep your name, email and the other details you type in. No need to print anything. Just give your registered email at the entrance and we'll print your badge on the spot. The form loads straight away, because it is needed to save the registration you asked for. HubSpot sets the cookies that form needs, and we treat those as necessary. Analytics and marketing cookies stay off unless you allow them. Midlands 2027 and Amsterdam 2027 are not open for registration yet. Until they are, an enquiry is just an email to Matthew.

When you book a stand

Stand booking happens on staff.vend-ex.com. That booking system collects what it needs to reserve your stand, under its own terms.

What we do with it

Trade Events Limited decides why your details are used. We use them to answer you, run the shows and print your badge at the entrance from the email you registered with. We do not sell your details, and this website does not carry advertising or analytics trackers.

How long we keep it

We keep it for the show you asked about, and for a while afterwards in case you need a follow-up. Ask us and we will delete it when it is no longer needed.

Your choices

You can ask for a copy, a correction or deletion. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office if you think we have got it wrong.
