These terms cover use of this website. They are not the terms for booking an exhibition stand.

The Vendex website at vend-ex.com is operated by Trade Events Limited. By using the site you agree to these terms of use.

The information on the site

Show dates, venues and descriptions are published so you can plan. The live floor plan is the place to check which stands are free. Dates on this site are: Vendex North on 11 November 2026 at Doncaster Racecourse, Vendex Midlands on 10 March 2027 at Arena MK, Milton Keynes, and Vendex Amsterdam on 29 September 2027 at EXPO Greater Amsterdam.

Prices shown for stands are in pounds sterling and are confirmed during booking.

Booking a stand

Choosing a stand takes you to the booking platform. That booking is a separate contract. You can book a stand for Vendex North 2026, Vendex Midlands 2027 and Vendex Amsterdam 2027 from each show's full floor plan.

Visiting

Visitor registration is free. When a show is open, register with the email you will use on the day. No need to print anything. Just give your registered email at the entrance and we'll print your badge on the spot. Canvassing exhibitors at a Vendex show is not allowed. The shows are for the trade to meet, not for visitors to sell to the stands.

Using the site

You may read the site and share links to it. Please don't copy it in a way that suggests you operate Vendex, and don't try to break or overload it. The Vendex name and logo belong to Trade Events Limited.
